Efficiency is key. We typically deliver polished, professional videos within 7 to 14 days, ensuring your message is timely and impactful. We will be sure to set clear expectations prior in the production agreement.
Your feedback is crucial to us. We ask for any final revisions to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. In the post-production stage, we will send you a draft along with a Revision Form for noting any changes you wish to see. We kindly request the completed Revision Form to be returned to us within 3 days (72 hours) from the time you receive it, with the consideration that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
In the strategy phase, our aim is to delve into your brand’s identity. We request clients to share their brand guidelines, encompassing aspects like communication style and brand personality. Essential elements like logos, color schemes, and any specific sound effects should also be included to ensure that our final content aligns perfectly with your brand’s essence.
You retain full ownership of the finished product. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, we reserve the irrevocable right to use the produced content, any preliminary material, and excerpts of the content for advertising, display, publication, or other promotional purposes.
Raw footage can be obtained for an additional fee.
We offer comprehensive pre-production services, including content planning, storyboarding, and scripting, to set the stage for a successful production.
We strive to accommodate urgent requests. If we commit to a tight deadline, we’ll deliver, but we’re also transparent about our capacity to ensure quality is not compromised.
