Graduating with honours from his International Business Management BBA was only the first step for Juan. From a young age, he was driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and solving problems. He chose to focus on what he loves the most – video strategy – a field that blends his creative flair with his ability to problem-solve.

Juan is driven by a desire to help others and recognizes that there are opportunities for businesses to enhance how they communicate and connect with their audience strategically.

Do you offer any customized packages outside of the standard subscription options?

We’re dedicated to offering unique solutions tailored to each business’s distinct needs. We created subscription plans to provide an alternative where you can have the best of both worlds: predictable pricing and tailored content.

What is the typical turnaround time for a video project?

Efficiency is key. We typically deliver polished, professional videos within 7 to 14 days, ensuring your message is timely and impactful. We will be sure to set clear expectations prior in the production agreement.

How do you handle client feedback and revisions during the video production process?

Your feedback is crucial to us. We ask for any final revisions to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. In the post-production stage, we will send you a draft along with a Revision Form for noting any changes you wish to see. We kindly request the completed Revision Form to be returned to us within 3 days (72 hours) from the time you receive it, with the consideration that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

What measures do you take to ensure the final content aligns with a brand’s identity and message?

In the strategy phase, our aim is to delve into your brand’s identity. We request clients to share their brand guidelines, encompassing aspects like communication style and brand personality. Essential elements like logos, color schemes, and any specific sound effects should also be included to ensure that our final content aligns perfectly with your brand’s essence.

What is your policy on the ownership and rights of the produced content?

You retain full ownership of the finished product. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, we reserve the irrevocable right to use the produced content, any preliminary material, and excerpts of the content for advertising, display, publication, or other promotional purposes.
Raw footage can be obtained for an additional fee.

What kind of pre-production support do you provide?

We offer comprehensive pre-production services, including content planning, storyboarding, and scripting, to set the stage for a successful production.

Can you accommodate last-minute project requests or tight deadlines?

We strive to accommodate urgent requests. If we commit to a tight deadline, we’ll deliver, but we’re also transparent about our capacity to ensure quality is not compromised.

Do you provide any post-launch support or analysis to gauge the effectiveness of the video content?

We don’t just create content; we help measure its success. By setting up the right KPIs and analytics tools, we ensure your video content achieves its intended goals.
